Q. How do I pay my fees?
A. Acceptable forms of payment VISA, MC, Cheque, Debit
General Program- Annual fee payable in full to receive a discount of 2%.
Monthly Payments- Pre-authorized credit card or post-dated cheque.
Festival & Exam Fees- Payable upon receipt of invitation.

Q. Does RNB have a "dress code"?
A. Yes - It is enforced - please refer to dress code

Q. Does RNB have costume fees?
A. Yes - a costume service fee of $20 per class per performance is charged in September to cover costumes used. 

Q. Who do I talk to if I have concerns about my child's progress at RNB?
A. Please contact the RNB administrator at 604-980-3040 to discuss your concerns, these will quickly be addressed by RNB's Principal and/or Vice-Principal. 

Q. Where do I buy dance wear?
A. RNB Leotards & Dance Wear can be ordered through our website under the Dance Wear Order Form tab (see Dress Code for mandatory uniform classes).

Q. How do we add or drop a class?
A. RNB requires written notice when a student wishes to add, change or drop a class.

Q. Is a refund issued if a student misses or drops a class?
A. RNB does not refund for classes that your child has missed. Should it be necessary for your child to discontinue a class, written notification must be received by RNB 30 days in advance of your child's last class. One month's fee is charged from the date of notice. If cancelling a class due to medical reasons RNB requires a doctor's note and we will waive the one month's notice. The administrator will adjust your future billings or issue a refund.

Q. What do I do if my dancer is going to miss a dance class? What if there is an emergency and I need to contact my child who is dancing?
A. For general messages, please call 604-980-3040 from 11:00 to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday if no answer, leave a message. For an emergency or to inform staff of unexpected student absences, please call 604-983-8767. Please refer to "show commitment policy".  

Q. What happens when RNB closes due to bad weather, emergency or any other "act of god"?
A. If classes are cancelled due to bad weather, emergency circumstances or any other "act of god" we will send an email to all family members as soon as possible. It will also be posted on the RNB Website, Facebook and Instagram. If classes are cancelled, dancers may make up the class in another time slot at a similar level.  Please email RNB and we will assist you in finding a suitable make-up class and inform our staff of your attendance.
